Ingredients:

- ½ head green cabbage, shredded

- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric, or to taste
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions:
Heat the olive oil: In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced carrots and onion, cooking and stirring for about 5 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
Add the cabbage and spices: Stir in the shredded cabbage, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, and turmeric. Continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine the flavors.
Add the potatoes: Once the cabbage is softened, add the cubed potatoes. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and let everything cook for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
